Orders are dispatched within one working day. Standard delivery arrives in 2–4 working days. You will get a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Returns

Wear them for thirty days. If they are not right — the fit, the lens, the way they sit — send them back for a full refund. Return postage is on us.

Frames fitted with prescription lenses are made to your measurements, so we ask that you check the prescription carefully before ordering. If we have made the error, we remake them free.

Warranty

Two years on frames and electronics. That covers hinges, arms, drivers and battery. It does not cover scratched lenses from ordinary wear, but we will replace lenses at cost for as long as we make the frame.
